Todd Davis
I am Todd Davis. I have lived in the Magic Valley all my life. Have been involved in Agriculture on the family farm most of that time. My parents bought a farm in Wendell in 1975 and sold it in 2006 when my parents decided to retire. I went to Auctioneering school in 1993 and worked for Musser Brothers Auctioneers till 2006. I went real estate school and was lisenced in April 2003.
I feel like I have alot to offer my clients due to in depth knowledge of the area and its people. Being a people person, I really enjoy Realestate and getting to interact with clients everyday.
I have 2 kids who are gone from home. Alexia (and Matt) live in Montana and had a little boy (Colt James Rehbein)) in Oct. 2008. That means Im a grampa and Im still trying to get used to the idea. Kaleb is going to college at U of is going for a degree in Agriculture. They are great kids and Im very proud of them. Would love to help you with any of your realestate needs.
